On-line training

CTAIMA places at the disposal of its clients a new on-line training service:

Via which the syllabus of the desired course can be downloaded and training can be undertaken comfortably and flexibly.


Open training

COURSES – their objective is to transfer knowledge and expertise on a specific subject to those attending which will permit them to improve their working performance.  Usual duration of between 8-25 hours, in groups of a maximum of 15 students.


SEMINARS – current topics are dealt with, on the basis of the interest shown by our clients and the real trends of the economic sectors, politics, legislation... They are free and have a duration of approximately 2 hours.


THEMATIC WORKSHOPS
– This is a new and very motivational system, in which good results are achieved because it permits us to learn from the experiences of other organizations.  Very small groups, with knowledge of the topic.  Duration of between 2 and 4 hours.


In-house training

Any of the courses in our catalogue can be held at the client premises, with the objective of personalizing the content, avoiding staff travel expenses and making the training timetable more flexible.


Outdoor training

This is a modality increasingly in demand by those in people management as it provides an added value of working as a team to achieve the objective of the training. It is a more “active” form of training which consists in breaking with the traditional method, committing to a change of scene, surprising the students with new activities, allowing them to learn the content of the course by themselves...
